According to which criteria will I be evaluated?

The HIPE AWARD is backed by a protected and comprehensive evaluation system that covers both quantitative and qualitative parameters, supplemented by in-depth research, including 'Mystery Checks'. This guarantees a valid and verifiable assessment and evaluation.

Our experienced evaluation department examines the following main categories:

• Quality
• Performance
• Service
• Effectiveness

What are the costs of participating in the HIPE AWARD?

The online application and the verification interview are non-binding and free of charge.

If the application is unsuccessful, participation is 100% free.

In case of an award, we at HIPE AWARD will implement the selected package for you – and rest assured, we will impress you!

The package options and prices will be presented to you during the phone pre-assessment.

Why is the certification fee-based?

HIPE AWARD is an independent certification that rigorously examines and evaluates every application. The evaluation process is backed by a proprietary testing procedure and comprehensive research. The results from this assessment are invaluable when properly utilized, and we use this insight to give the award winners a well-deserved boost. These services are offered to outstanding service providers in the form of promotional measures.

Only those who keep their promises and exceed customer expectations can pass the evaluation and earn certification.

Who is behind the HIPE AWARD?

Boban Micic, known to everyone as 'Bobi', is the founder and managing director of HIPE AWARD. He founded the company in June 2020.

With over 13 years of experience in the service sector, Bobi has an impressive background in customer acquisition and consulting. He understands the challenges and rules of both large corporations and SMEs. After completing his commercial training at Deutsche Telekom AG, Bobi founded his first company at the age of 20 and built it up as a side business. By the age of 24, he was in high demand as a coach and consultant in the areas of customer excellence and sales. Over the years, he not only shared his knowledge with corporations and medium-sized businesses but also passionately continued his work as a salesperson. Through his success as a salesperson and negotiator, he was responsible for revenue budgets in the millions and got to know countless service providers through his work.

When he realized that the traditional commercial handshake no longer holds value, that responsibility and accountability are foreign concepts to many, and that reliability and credibility are no longer a given for companies, the only right response was: the HIPE AWARD! An award for service providers who not only keep their promises but also excite their customers. Bobi is convinced: 'Those who take responsibility don’t need limited liability.'

With HIPE AWARD, Bobi aims to elevate the service industry to a new level and establish quality and enthusiasm as the standard – a true high performer!

Can I apply for the HIPE AWARD?

You qualify for the HIPE AWARD if you meet the following criteria:

• You are self-employed or run a business.
• You work in the service sector.
• You have been in business for at least 12 months.
• You have successfully completed at least five customer projects.
• You define yourself as a high performer, impress and retain your customers by not only delivering top-quality service but also going the extra mile for your clients.

The size or popularity of your company does not determine the quality of your service.

How can I apply for the HIPE AWARD?

Click 'Apply Now' on our homepage to complete the application form (approx. 2 minutes), or apply directly via our application form.

After the application process: How does the participation work?

• Submission of the questionnaire (within 10 days)

• Evaluation of the submitted parameters and in-depth examination by our evaluation department (typically 4 weeks, once all information is received)

• Phone appointment with the evaluation department and communication of the results: a) Not passed: Reasons and improvement recommendations b) Passed: Presentation of the evaluation and assessment results Receipt of the HIPE AWARD by mail

• Feature of our award winners on all HIPE AWARD social media channels

• Co-Branding Package: Advertising through HIPE AWARD with a defined target audience and a guaranteed reach of at least 20,000 users

• Image Video Package: Scheduling, execution, and delivery of an image video

When and how will I know if I passed?

If the questionnaire has been completed fully and truthfully, the evaluation takes about 6 weeks. After the evaluation is completed, a virtual appointment will be scheduled to communicate the results and discuss them in detail.

Can I buy the award?

No.
Consumers know: Only a deserved award holds its value!

We at HIPE AWARD explicitly distance ourselves from purchased awards/certifications and any attempt will result in an immediate lifetime exclusion from participation.

What types of awards are there?

• Internal Award: Recognition of an employee, e.g., Best Salesperson of the Year with an annual revenue of 2 million euros.
  
• Funding: Financially supported and subsidized grants, often provided by public institutions. A grant must meet certain eligibility criteria and provide evidence of fulfilling these requirements.
  
• Sponsorship Award: The award is funded by sponsors and is usually evaluated and granted by a jury or selection committee. A Sponsorship Award establishes cooperation agreements between the organizer and the sponsor with a defined scope and purpose.
  
• Certification: An external and independent institution that issues an evaluation and certification based on verifiable and testable parameters when requirements are met.
